Prof. Dr. ALEXANDRU TATARU

“Iuliu Hatieganu” University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Cluj-Napoca, Romania; former head of Dermatology Department; chief of promotion at the Faculty of General Medicine in Cluj, specialist in dermatology and university assistant in 1986, lecturer in 1995, defending the doctorate in 1996, associate professor in 2000 and full professor in 2003. Director of the 9th Department of Medical Specialities in his University and head of the Dermatological Department. One of the first to introduce and teach in Romania the new fields of Dermatoscopy, Clinical Phlebology, Dermato-cosmetology, while improving and ing Paediatric Dermatology and skin pathological anatomy. Member of the Romanian Society of Dermatology (president between 2012-2015), European Academy of Dermatology and Venerology (EADV), European Society for Dermatological Research (ESDR), honorary member of the French Society of Dermatology.
