Book Accommodation

How to book your accommodation:

You can make your reservation at discounted rates/night:

by completing the accommodation section from your personal page (the reservation option is available only after accessing the Personal page based on the username and password set by you in the Online registration form);
by e-mail at: contact@ishm2022iasi.ro – in this case, please specify in email the period of accommodation, hotel and room type.

All charges due to bank transfer have to be payed by the sender. In the notice field please indicate: ISHM 2022 and the name of the participant.
If needed, send us by email, the details for the invoice (company/institution, VAT number and address).

Booking confirmation:
The confirmation of your reservation will be made by e-mail, only after the proof of payment will be received by event operator.

Cancellations:
Cancellations are accepted only by e-mail, until August 1. All the accommodation fees may be refunded in maximum 30 working days (less 20 euros as a processing fee and 15 euros as a return bank fee) at the participant’s request.

Unirea Hotel 4*

Address: Str. Piata Unirii nr. 5, Iasi
Centrally located on Union Square in the heart of Iasi, steps away of Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, Unirea Hotel & Spa provides free access to an indoor pool, jacuzzi and fitness centre. Copou Park, where you can find Eminescu’s Linden Tree, is a 10-minute walk away.
The elegant non-smoking rooms of Unirea Hotel & Spa are fitted with flat-screen TVs with international TV channels. For your comfort, bathrobes and slippers are provided.
International and traditional Romanian dishes are served at the top floor Panoramic Restaurant, which offers unique views over the city and the Union Square. The elegant lobby features a refined lounge bar to greet guests as they enter the hotel.

Traian Hotel 4*

Address: Str. Piața Unirii no. 1, Iasi
Built between 1879 and 1882, by the company led by Eiffel, in French neoclassical style, on a metal structure (at that time a novelty), with cast iron columns and metal platforms, this innovative project simply led to Scarlat’s ruin. Scarlat Pastia who in order to cover his debts was forced to transfer the building to the company “Urban Credit“, which turned the building into a hotel.
Later, the hotel passed into the ownership of Theitler jewish family, and in 1942, the building was expropriated by Adolf Theitler‘s heirs. One year after the expropriation of the hotel, the Iași City Hall renovated the hotel with its own funds, so that in 1950 it would be nationalized.
