How to submit your abstract:
The abstracts will be sent as follows:
► through the application, by accessing the abstract registration section, after authentication in the “Personal Page”;
► as an attachment by email to: “contact@ishm2022iasi.ro”, using the abstract guidelines.
The deadline for submitting your abstracts is August 15, 2022.
Please note that you must pay your registration fee in order to submit an abstract.

ALL ABSTRACTS SUBMITTED UNTIL June 30, 2022, HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED.
Extended Deadline for Abstract Submission (oral and poster presentations): August 10, 2022.
Guidelines for Abstracts: Title; Author’s and co-authors’ details: affiliation; corresponding
author’s e-mail address; Text: 300-400 words; 3-5 keywords (attached file)
Authors should express their preference for oral or poster communication.
The Congress Scientific Committee will eventually decide which abstracts should be included for oral communications.

Materials for oral presentations (memory stick) have to be submitted to the Secretariat at least 1 hour before the onsite presentation

Posters will be displayed throughout the conference.
Abstracts will be published in a supplement of “The Medical-Surgical Journal of the Society of Physicians and Naturalists of Iasi”, the oldest medical periodical in Romania (founded in 1887) (https://www.revmedchir.ro/index.php/revmedchir/about)
ABSTRACT GUIDELINES
Abstracts are to be submitted in English or French.
The title should be written in capital letters, 12-point Times New Roman font, bold, maximum
300 characters.
The identification of the authors will include information in the following order: first name, last
name, institution, department, city, country, and e-mail address of the corresponding author.
The text of the abstract will be written in 12-point Times New Roman font, single spaced, 300-
400 words.
It should not contain graphics, tables, photos, diagrams or drawings.
The Abstract should mention:
– The objective of the study
– Materials and methods
– Results
– Conclusions
– Keywords: 3-5
Abstracts will be published as submitted. Texts sould be grammatically and orthographically
correct and written with diacritical marks, when necessary.
